I want to take this time to commend Adam, of your staff, for the excellent work he did for us. We had a leak from our main water tank, and also a close to total failure of our water pressure tank (Well-X-Trol 32 gallon tank). Adam arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced the leaking valve which resolved that issue. He had to order the water pressure tank, which I believe came from California. Very shortly after the tank arrived, he came to the house, well ahead of the scheduled event, and installed the tank. This was greatly appreciated by us since the existing pressure tank was on the brink of total collapse. Adam then returned, as scheduled, and cleaned out our system. His actions saved our system from a total collapse. We wish to thank Adam for his efforts, as they were superb.

We were in need of a new water softener after ours died. Our water was very hard and had a distinct smell of sulfur. We thought, wrongly, that we also had a iron issue. After researching water softeners, we narrowed our search down to two companies. Sean, the sale rep for Pure Water, came to the house and instead of being a sales rep, he was an educator. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. He tested the water on site and came up with recommendations. We had some follow up questions which were promptly answered. We gave Sean the approval to proceed and received a call in short order, from Jenny, for scheduling installation which would be about 10 days later in that they make their softeners to match the needs of the client. Adam and Adrian showed as promised in the time window Pure Water had indicated. These two guys were AWESOME. We had very limited space to place the media container and the brine container. The moved the water heater and pipes to give us more room. They drained both of our water heaters to ensure there was no lingering bacteria causing the sulfur smell. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Many thanks to their efforts! We no longer have issues with the water taste, smell and have white clothes that are still white after washing. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are in need of a quality solution to an existing water issue, these are your guys.
